**Event Description:**

Nitty Gritty. Chopper City is a motorcycle event featuring live music, custom bike shows, stunt shows, vendors, and more. We anticipate a large crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts with diverse tastes.

**Food Vendor**

We are seeking a diverse selection of food vendors to offer a variety of delicious and affordable options to our attendees.

**Requirements:**

* **Menu Submission:** Please submit a proposed menu with a price list for your food items.
* **Food Safety:** All vendors must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
* **Insurance:** Proof of general liability insurance with the event organizer named as an additional insured is required.
* **Space Requirements:** Please specify your space requirements, power included with food vendors fee.

**Selection Criteria:**

* **Menu Variety:** We are looking for a variety of food options, including but not limited to:
* Classic festival fare (burgers, hot dogs, fries)
* Ethnic cuisines
* Vegetarian/ vegan options
* Dessert options
* **Quality and Presentation:** High-quality food and attractive presentation are essential.
